Responsibilities :
The Loyalty Rewards Manager is a key role in the account who work with key client contact to ensure the long term growth and profitability of the Life Style Awards Redemption portfolio and aspires to maintain the leading market positioning.
He / She will manage and oversee the loyalty programme’s redemption operations
Manage redemptions partners on a daily basis and acquire a full understanding of all partners
Closely monitor all categories’ performance and make relevant adjustment or recommendation to the client
Be a key driver for performance analysis with the assistance of internal / external expertise and key driver for tactical promotions on a regular basis to boost sales manage Non-air redemptions team and be accountable for overall team delivery, quality assurance, growth, and continuous improvement act as focal point to facilitate the new redemption platform and support on-going maintenance / enhancement projects drive for innovative ways of working and loyalty rewards strategies support for other structural partnership management in ad-hoc basis / as required
