Drive the customer service strategy in a new, rapidly growing customer service to provide excellent service to Global apparel companies, buying office and garment factories.
Responsible for supervision for a customer service team, oversee and monitor customer enquires, samples to customers, sales documents and shipping documents are processed adhering to pre-determined.
Coordinate with purchasing team to ensure all purchasing orders are issued in the right price and quantity
Direct handle certain amount of orders
Investigate and handle customers’ complaints for defective and damaged trims
Liaise with Shipping team with better arrangement for urgent shipment to prevent business loss
Monitor payments from overseas customers
Conduct work process analysis and give recommendation to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Coach, develop and motivate team members to ensure the business is executed in line with Company’s direction and procedures
Prepare regular reports for management review
Assist in other ad-hoc projects such as operational control and process review, system implementation, etc.

Minimum 3 years experience in trims industry with at least 1 year supervisory experience
Must have solid experience in handling customers and monitoring production schedule
Must possess flexibility, initiative, and the ability to think creatively.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent time management skills, be self-motivated and energetic.
Analytical, strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
Must be able to communicate effectively both with the local team and the Oversea team.
High proficiency in standard business computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.

Possess an entrepreneurial, can-do attitude that can be substantiated by past performance.
Be skillful in relationship building and capable of translating customer comments into action items.
