Job Description

  • Coordinating the presentation work of the exhibition and other related celebration events, including contract monitoring
  • Liaising with contractors and relevant parties
  • Provide administration, executive and logistics support for the implementation of the exhibition and related events
  • Assisting in procurement of goods / services
  • Assisting in publicity and promotion work
  • Assist in compilation of statistics and report after exhibition and related events
  • Handle record management work
  • Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in business administration, marketing, public relations, communication or journalism
  • Level 4 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent
  • at least 5 years of post-degree working experience, preferably in event management, community relations, corporate communications
  • Good computer literacy in particular MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
