Handling Team & branch ad hoc issues and assist them to resolve customer complaints & operation difficulties
Provide One - Stop Problem reporting service to Branches through hotline support
Analyze performance MIS to identify Risk & Control lapse & common errors for mitigation and reinforcement recommendations
Execute branch operation projects and capacity improvement initiatives
Co-ordinate and following through on branch review, audit and HKMA comments and rectification
Communicate ad hoc and urgent messages between back office and branches
Event escalation according to SINP and BU Escalation procedure & Crisis Management activities such as BCP Drill etc
Co-ordinate data and information collection from branches and other business units
Compile various MIS to other departments / branches for assessment of operation efficiency, standardization and modeling
Produce various operation, control and compliance reports
Participate and support major projects that have impact on business operation processes and procedures
5 years or above experience in banking operations
University graduate or equivalent
Have good understanding of Consumer Banking product features and their benefits and understand the general banking / market practice to handle daily operation work
With sound knowledge of rules and regulations for banking-related operation and services, trends and anticipatory changes.
Be d ecisive and accountable . D emonstrat ing the will and ability to make decisions and take action to achieve desired outcomes against high standards of excellence;
takes personal accountability for actions
Bridge between Branches and operations departments to work together and to achieve the Bank overall strategic direction
Be sensible to scan and caution on risk / / control lapses from reported cases
