  • Provide prompt and accurate telephone communication services to both internal and external callers;
  • Provide standardized guest services as a team, and maximize other revenues via telephone calls;
  • Achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction by processing all calls, information and related services with courtesy & efficiency; &
  • Perform the actual manual and technical operation of the PABX switchboard and to provide a system of locating the guests who have the telephone calls.
  • Requirement .

  • Graduate in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
  • 1 year working experience in hotel is preferred;
  • Basic Knowledge in operator operation, administrative support and customer services;
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills; &
  • Detail mind with customer oriented personality.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
