Assistant Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the implementation and documentation of Project Quality Management System;
  • Manage project document and records;
  • Assure execution, maintenance and improvement of the Project Quality Management System;
  • Review method statement and Inspection & Test Plan of construction activities;
  • Communicate at all levels with cross functions to resolve non-conformance and quality assurance issues;
  • Identify any problems and propose solutions where appropriate;
  • Review and formulate the working instruction / procedures for operation;
  • Participate in various inspections and audits;
  • Identify and deliver quality related training to project team;
  • Provide guidance to project team to ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated;
  • Prepare monthly reports and analysis and take up ad hoc assignments.
  • Requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering or Industrial related;
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant experience in Quality Assurance;
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Detail-minded with multiple-tasking capabilities, good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently;
  • Knowledge of Document Management System will be an advantage;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
