We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Wealth Coach.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Wealth Coach acts as an individual contributor and report to Wealth Coach Team Leader
  • Provide coaching service and works with sales managers to improve staff’s capability and performance, that are able to provide an outstanding client experience to our valuable HSBC One clients
  • Mentoring for Universal Bankers primarily focuses on financial planning, client engagement skills and Sales activities and process including utilization of key client engagement and sales tools
  • Wealth Coach to provide recommendation on investment products and give advice to customers based on their financial situation and enquires.
  • Meeting the customer meeting via chat, zoom, face-to-face is required

  • Wealth Coach conducts financial planning to HSBC One customer according to their financial situation and goals. Client meeting via chat, zoom, face-to-face meeting and calls is required
  • Adding value to clients with more complex needs, and able to make referral on customer other wealth needs
  • On project base, Wealth Coach needs to develop simple educational & insight videos related on investment product for public;
  • promotes Wealth Booster & Wealth Made Easy Solutions in Branches / Malls / Offices / Campuses; and provides group class for branch staff to learn about wealth management


  • Experience in client facing environment at a financial institution
  • Knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
  • Strong commercial orientation with acute social skills
  • License holder
  • Digital savvy
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • University level education
