We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Manager Data and Analytics .
The role holder will focus on using Data and Analytics to drive business activities and outcomes that improve or transform Customer experience, Staff productivity, Business decision process and Operational effectiveness which would in turn improve business profitability and grow market share following Retail Banking Wealth Management strategies.
Support one or more key activities described under Impact on the Business.
Support engagement with stakeholders.
Work activities against specific missions amongst the tribes.
Work across onshore and offshore units
Clearly understands the business objectives and processes where analytical functions are best positioned to add value.
Supports to form relevant hypotheses and identifies the most effective data, analytics or data product solutions.
Supports to uncover insight from data and recommend to stakeholders the analytics solutions for delivering business outcome.
Exhibits ability in strategic story telling demonstrating through the provision of analytics insight and the design of the user interface of advanced visualization toolkits.
Adopts different analytical approaches to solve the business problems
Engages business stakeholder effectively, builds rapport and trust based on strong appreciation of business issues or needs.
Communicates effectively across business and analytical functions.
Relevant experience in one or multiple skills in data analytics or data science in the financial or digital domains. Or similar experience in analytics consulting.
Or similar experience with UI or UX designs relating to self serve dashboards.
Proven experience in process and analysis of large amount of data using one of, Python, R, SQL or SAS, on environments such as AWS, Google cloud or Hadoop.
Proven experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning algorithms and kits, hands on use of Tensor-flow, DataRobot or Sagemaker.
Proven experience at operating data science outputs, CI or CD tools such as Git, Github, Jenkins, Nexus.
Good problem solving skills.
Exhibit self-motivated, self-starter behaviors.
Good communicator and interpersonal skills.
Able to work with members of different skills and experiences. Comfortable to operate in an ambiguous and fast-pace environment.
Experience in one or more of, customer segmentation, digital marketing, data science, portfolio analytics, and use of open source data in analyses.
AGILE methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Pair programming
AGILE tools such as Jira, Confluence, SLACK.
Having Bachelor degree in a one of these preferred disciplines : mathematics, computer science, data engineering, data science, analytics, statistics, econometrics, management information system, operations research.
