Role And Responsibilities
Work with solution architect and the team to develop business case to help clients exploit transformation business values and use case scenarios meeting their business strategy and objectives
Capturing, analysing and documenting clear business requirements from our clients
Document current business processes and use cases using defined templates and verifying with the client
Develop and innovate current processes to meet future operational scenarios
Work with clients and internal teams and external vendors to ensure correct translation of business requirements to technical solution requirements and specifications
Analyse changes across all stakeholders and manage change impacts through change management measures
Facilitate workshops and conduct client interviews at varying seniority levels and both technical and business focused client teams to identify solution requirements
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure appropriate technical considerations are in place to meet the business requirements;
support development and testing on a need basis
Work in conjunction with different parties to conceptualize and propose solution approaches
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor’s (or equivalent qualifications) in Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related area
5+ years of relevant experience in Business Analyst and / or Digital Solution Analyst role
Strong understanding of current technology concepts, trends and capabilities
Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse group of stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) will be an absolute advantage
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle and system design; advanced expertise in software development methodologies Design Thinking, Agile and DevOps is beneficial
Agile experience and digital experience preferred (e.g. Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, O2O Digital Channels, etc.)
Strong background in digital business analysis and / or system analysis
Strong analytical mind with excellent relationship management
Experienced in executing implementation digital projects
