HK Membership Development Department is responsible to establish a holistic, long-term strategy for Membership Development in HK, addressing ideal future target Member profile, the product strategy and their ongoing customer journey in support of the strategic priority of Cultivating New Members’ under the Membership, Strategic Marketing and Branding Division.
You will : Project Management
Determine necessary deliverables based on the Division’s strategic priorities and establish roadmap and manage the timely delivery of these deliverables in particular the priority of Cultivating New Members’.
Identify and prioritize deliverables within a 3-year time frame in a structured manner; establish and manage clear roadmap and ensure delivery of tasks.
Prepare quality reporting and presentation material on status of deliverables to regularly review and discuss with Department Head and senior management
Membership (Product) Development
Drive development opportunities to attract the right future members via reviewing all membership categories and admission channels;
define MVP and enhance experience for Racing Members (& The Racing Club) with specific implementation timeline for strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to observe and understand Membership Services and Hospitality Operations and gain insight into member behavior to identify gaps and propose solutions for improvement in areas with customer touch points, e.
g. onboarding experience.
The holistic review of the membership product will also cover areas of admission process, progression channels (selection criteria), membership value proposition, etc.
via deep dive analysis in historical and current business and member data to address identification of ideal future target member profile, differentiation of membership privileges and long-term planning of customer journey.
Develop a robust model for stakeholder management and engagement plan, in particular addressing quality of future members via definition of Voting Members’ roles and responsibilities.
Assist in building comprehensive model for selection process, onboarding and progression journey cover all Member categories :
The Racing Club
You should have :
At least 8 years of demonstrable experience acquired as an external consultant or in-house project / change manager in leading sizeable strategy development in service, hi-tech or financial or industry.
Experience in leading CRM, marketing, branding and change management initiatives in hospitality business would be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of Strategy Development / Business Architecture / Operating Model Design / Business Process Reengineering / Change Management / Organisation Planning.
Strong planning, organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Devising a business, marketing and / or strategic communication plan
Previous experience in consultancy firm is highly preferred
Background in membership related organisation would be a plus
Experience in developing stakeholder management plan
Excellent competency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
