  • delivering efficient and effective services in four major areas, centralised administration, information management (IM), general office administration and regulatory liaison to support the overall business objectives and strategic visions of the Authority;
  • developing and implementing all administrative policies, guidelines, procedures to ensure effective, smooth and efficient administrative performance across the organisation;
  • devising and executing district-wide IM policy and converting IM initiatives into projects including but not limited to record management, digital asset management, etc.; and
  • overseeing the day-to-day management of office administration functions and managing relationship with internal and external key stakeholders including regulators.
  • You should :

  • possess a recognised university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Administration or related disciplines;
  • have at least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in sizable organisations or public sector;
  • preferably have a professional membership of relevant institution;
  • have experience in development and implementation of policies and guidelines in the areas of corporate governance, information management, regulatory etc.;
  • be able to work under pressure and willing to take on new challenges;
  • have ability to anticipate the needs of the organisation and provide proactive and self-directed solutions with critical thinking and attention to details; and
  • be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
