Job descriptions : :

  • Provide hotline enquiry support to life Agent on quotation, sales enquiries & policy administration
  • Need to develop new business and monitor the renewal business to meet business target
  • Provide administrative & sales support for Tied Agent Channel
  • Follow up and liaise with relevant parties to ensure timely and quality responses to enquiries
  • Work with business stakeholders to drive sales and resolve operational issues
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and support on UAT of system enhancements
  • Qualifications

    Job Requirements / Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree holder / Holder of ACII / ANZIIF is preferred
  • Preferred GI License Paper 2 holder
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in General Insurance servicing is preferred
  • With working experience in handling hotline will be an advantage
  • A good team player with Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; with good client-centric mindset
  • Work independently, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
