Principal responsibilities

  • Process DC advising / Import and Export bills checking / recording / loan drawdown / repayment / vouchers posting and all other trade products according to UCP, ISBP, procedures, guidelines and standard of services
  • Maintain good relationships with internal and external customers and support the sales functions of Trade products
  • Follow and report pending / irregular items and remind respective business unit from time to time
  • To relief / assist other teammates during their absence or rush hours, and to perform any duties assigned by the superiors
  • Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge with all international / domestic trade practices is a good plus
  • Good team work spirit
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
