Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage full spectrum of Compensation and Benefits functions including but not limited to Payroll, MPF, Taxation, Insurances, Leave and Attendance management and Expatriate administration
  • Manage end to end recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Administer and organize the activities and programmes in relating to Employee Relation and Engagement and Learning and Development
  • Update policies and procedures in bilingual, English and Simplified Chinese
  • Record keeping and updating. Prepare regular reports, assist in market research and process the qualitatively and quantitatively analysis.
  • Form 5 or above
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience and preferably in MNC environment
  • Excellent sense of confidential and sensitive data management
  • Being familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations; China Labor Law is preferable
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Occasional travel to China is required
