A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in prestigious hotels or restaurants with 2 years in a similar position, expertise in a particular Indian and South East Asian Cuisine is definite advantage
With a understanding on the operation of relevant section including the daily operation, cost control and procurement system, HACCP, Work Safety and employee related matters
Good knowledge of authentic Indian food and food trend in the market
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of both spoken and written English
