We are looking

for someone who has :

  • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in prestigious hotels or restaurants with 2 years in a similar position, expertise in a particular Indian and South East Asian Cuisine is definite advantage
  • With a understanding on the operation of relevant section including the daily operation, cost control and procurement system, HACCP, Work Safety and employee related matters
  • Good knowledge of authentic Indian food and food trend in the market
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
