  • Job Description

  • To identify opportunities for productivity and service quality improvement for the Bank’s services
  • To develop and implement standards for performance management, including Key Performance Indicator development, tracking, analysis and recommendations
  • To formulate and lead initiatives on productivity improvement, service quality enhancement and process improvement
  • To identify and promote operational best practices and to cultivate mindset of service excellence
  • Requirements

  • University degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years’ banking experience in customer management, process improvement with at least 2 years experience in the banking industry
  • Solid project management experience and sound knowledge on banking operations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
