MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB :

  • Provide qualitytraining support to sales channels in Putonghua
  • Design, developand revamp the training programs for new agent & experienced agents
  • Participate indeveloping and delivering training project
  • Provide supportto management so to liaise with agency members in fostering their continuoussales development and learning culture.
  • Providemanagement reports for business and strategic decisions
  • KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

  • Todesign and revamp the training curriculum for new agents and experienced agentswith materials to meet the AXA culture and business goal.
  • Toidentify training needs & results analysis.
  • Todevelop and deliver the agency training programs in different aspects, e.g.product launch training and business operation.
  • Tokeep the training content & training methodologies updated so as tomaintain high quality of training for sales channels.
  • Toassist in coaching and monitoring the training team development.
  • Tomonitor various training projects.
  • To monitor the CPD accreditation and CPD programs
  • Qualifications

  • Highproficiency in speaking Putonghua
  • University degree of any discipline
  • FLMI, IIQA and insurance qualification preferred
  • At least 4 years in agency training or financial planning inlife insurance industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and course facilitating skills
  • Work under pressure and self-motivated
  • Goodcommand ofboth spoken and written Englishand Chinese
  • Good PCskills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
