  • Job Description

  • Process new business applications in timely manner and follow up outstanding issues
  • Handle enquiries from brokers and customers, and provide proactive follow-ups
  • Ensure all delegated tasks are performed in accordance with current compliance and legislation procedures
  • Identify and address administrative / procedural issues, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Requirements

  • Degree holder, with minimum 3 years relevant experience in an international life company and / or the broker market place and policyholders.
  • Knowledge of financial services, including IFA function and basic understanding of funds and investment linked products
  • Good PC skill
  • High command of English / Cantonese reading / writing, including Putonghua
