Job Description :

Strategic Performance Marketing

  • Be at the forefront overall Performance Marketing knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Have an understanding of the various digital media channels (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media) and the potential for them in your clients marketing activity
  • Develop advanced Excel, Word and Power Point skills
  • Start building an understanding of the client’s business and digital marketing objectives
  • Start developing an understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions, using a variety of market information and research data
  • Establish an understanding of all areas of the Dentsu Aegis Network expertise and the products / services we can provide to your clients
  • Help in preparation for and attend client reviews as required
  • Participate in and learn about social marketing and the impact for our clients
  • Campaign / Project Management

  • Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
  • Work with your Digital Performance Manager to ensure that :
  • campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
  • campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and best practices.
  • budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits and invoices are correctly reconciled at the end of each month
  • campaigns are monitored regularly and hit relevant targets
  • reports and presentations are delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity
  • Obtain client approval of search briefs and schedules prior to campaign launches
  • Help in preparing performance review presentations
  • Provide regular results analysis, reporting and recommendations
  • Under the guidance of your manager, develop and distribute accurate contact reports from meetings and conversations within 24 hours
  • Coordinate and distribute regular status reports
  • Keep clients and account team updated on the status of account activities
  • Have input in developing short and long term search strategies for the client

  • Effectively manage client expectations
  • Under the supervision of the Digital Performance Manager, ensure all campaign / project costs are accurately quoted and cost estimates are delivered to the client and approved prior to campaign launching / project beginning
  • Notify your managers immediately of changes to campaign costs, timing and performance
  • Understand individual client needs (including and beyond specific projects) so you can help them be successful in their roles;
  • ensure clients have the necessary information and materials they need to do their jobs well

  • Work to develop a solid understanding of the client’s business, with emphasis on your area of responsibility

  • Be an excellent communicator provide clear correspondence and specifically well-written, e-mails to ensure all expectations and details are understood by all
  • Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes
  • Ensure all participants are prepared for meetings : book rooms and call-in numbers, distribute meeting details and presentations / materials well prior to meetings, organize food and drinks if necessary
  • Arrive punctually at each meeting prepared to contribute as requested or as the opportunity is presented but particularly by taking scrupulous meeting notes
  • Manage up to your Digital Performance Manger
  • Develop superior presentation skills both in-person and over the phone
  • Meet commitments and complete tasks as agreed and within agreed timeframes
  • Proactively contribute to a positive team atmosphere and company culture
  • General and Administrative

  • Complete timesheets on a regular, minimum weekly basis
  • Ensure all documents are saved on the network drives
  • Maintain an organized filing system on the network drives to ensure others can find documents with reasonable ease
  • Understand how equipment works in meeting rooms / how to get internet connections for clients / etc.
