We are looking for a transformational design leader who will play a key role in Dairy Farm’s success by delivering an Innovation pipeline to maintain market lead strategic edge outstanding concept designs that reflect the spirit of our diverse Brands.
Your primary mission is to create new innovative formats and conceptual designs for the Dairy Farm brands. Your role encompasses collaboration cross-functionally with various business units, oversight of holistic design process;
inclusive of all phases of design from schematic through construction documents and administration; while honouring budget, schedule and operational requirements aligned with strategic business needs.

You have a sophisticated understanding of the interplay of Brand - Design Communication. You are able to balance design, with operational needs and budget objectives resulting in exceptional projects, have the ability to execute multiple designs under tight deadlines.
You can clearly communicate your ideas in visual, written and verbal communication. You can manoeuvre complex and ambiguous situations and are able to flex within the context of changing priorities.
Develop, plan and implement brand strategies of respective banner and assist in the development of the brands’ positioning to strengthen brand equity
Identify growth drivers for the relevant market segment by analysing various customer value propositions and customer segmentation used by the banners
Interpret and leverage market research from multiple sources to support strategy and brand building activities
Own Brand Development
Understand and work with commercial team to launch new products / revamp existing products, driving the own brand participation in the business
Understand the own brand direction and standards and then translate into product packaging and communications, for driving standardisation across the region
Leverage on the own brand products to drive brand equity and value propositions
Understand the store brand identity of Dairy Farm and translate into execution at store level
Partner with store design team in translating the brand strategy into visual merchandising equipment for various store sizes and environment
Bachelor degree holder or above in Marketing / Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience especially in banner marketing and brand equity
Strong in stakeholder management, self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, adaptable and high learning agility
Well-organized and enjoy working in fast paced organization
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Experienced in FMCG or retail industry is an absolute advantage
