Job Description :
We are hiring Assistant Quality Process Manager / Quality Process Manager.
Supports the Head of Department to oversee the operation of Quality Process section in developing, implementing and managing the food safety and quality improvement systems
Performs risk assessments proactively and recommends mitigation strategies in respect of production quality through collaboration with management teams and observation of process controls in the Company
Resolves hygiene issues identified by internal / external audits, micro-tests, customer feedback, etc.
Follows up investigation results by performing root cause analysis and corrective actions for the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods
Identifies, implements and leads quality / hygiene improvement and new production process projects across the Company
Provides leadership and guidance to Quality Assurance Committee and partners with various Business Units to ensure adherence to the Corporate’s quality improvement best practices
Cultivates the Quality Excellence culture within the Organization through collaboration, motivation and identification of accountability with Business Units
Serves as the subject-matter expert on quality measures, including but not limited to Quality Rating and CMCP
Establishes and updates hygiene guidelines and procedures in compliance with the regulatory requirements, international standards and practices
Maintains, develops and improves the establishment and implementation of the Company’s Quality Management System and its documentation system, including HACCP and ISO Systems
Job Details :
Degree holder in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Engineering or related disciplines
Around 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in a sizable organization, preferably in food industry, with a minimum of 3 years of experience at managerial level
Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing food safety, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and / or ISO 22000 systems
Experience in establishing, implementing, maintaining, enforcing and evaluating a facility’s Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Sanitation Standard Operation Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures’ programmes
Experience in project management and program development / implementation
Ability to establish realistic and achievable priorities, goals and objectives
Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Quality Process Manager
