Customer Relationship Manager
Central, Hong Kong

One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking Customer Relationship professional to join their service team in Hong Kong.


  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide single point of contact for customer support issues.
  • Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matters or on implementation progress
  • Build up a professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate with different internal / external parties to meet the mutual performance objectives, milestones and customers’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
  • Work with solution development team to best address customer needs
  • Identify sales leads and opportunity where appropriate
  • Maintains high rating of customer satisfaction
  • Requirements

  • Degree Holder in marketing, business discipline or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ customer service / account management experience in IT / Telecom industries
  • Strong Customer relationship building and Account management
  • Business Development experience is a plus
  • Take initiative and adapt quickly to client requirements
  • Able to influence senior level
  • Know how to set priorities and when to look for guidance
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, exceptional interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
  • Good team player and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
