One of the Global Network Service Provider that provides network / security solutions, is now seeking Customer Relationship professional to join their service team in Hong Kong.
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Provide single point of contact for customer support issues.
Serve as a reliable, accessible and effective escalation point for the customer on any operational matters or on implementation progress
Build up a professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
Coordinate with different internal / external parties to meet the mutual performance objectives, milestones and customers’ expectations.
Meets assigned targets for strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Work with solution development team to best address customer needs
Identify sales leads and opportunity where appropriate
Maintains high rating of customer satisfaction
Degree Holder in marketing, business discipline or related disciplines
At least 5 years’ customer service / account management experience in IT / Telecom industries
Strong Customer relationship building and Account management
Business Development experience is a plus
Take initiative and adapt quickly to client requirements
Able to influence senior level
Know how to set priorities and when to look for guidance
Ambitious, self-motivated, exceptional interpersonal skills, outgoing personality
Good team player and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and presentation skills
