Description : Diamond Business Development Manager

Vega Star (HK) Ltd is looking for a Certified Diamonds Business Development Manager

An experienced and passionate Sales Manager for GIA Diamonds and Jewellery Sales is required for the position, to be based in to expand our Hong Kong operations.

Extensively involve in the marketing of the diamonds and jewellery.

Drive overall corporate marketing communications; products, public and media relations, as well as branding initiatives to enable Corporate success based on application focus and revenue / margin growth goals.

Ensure that the Company brand is well known in all markets.

In due course, the role may require to recruit, train, appraise, supervise, support, develop, promote and guide qualified sales and marketing personnel alongside incentive schemes.

Maintain a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel through performance management. Design, support and oversee cross-

functional teams throughout the organization and also manage 3-4 staffs as the operations expand.

Lead the successful rollout of company's products and services to individual markets. Evaluate product-positioning options and partner with sales and local marketing organizations to fully develop all potential channels from distribution and traders to end-

users. Develop applicable segment marketing programs to target consumers based on demographics and buying patterns.

Benchmark products against direct and indirect competition.
