The Department

The Customer and International Business Development Division (C&I) is responsible for providing quality wagering experience marketing, and CRM to local and overseas customers of the Hong Kong Jockey Club.

The ultimate aim is to provide an impressive total customer experience leading to sustainable turnover growth in a repsonsible manner.

You will

  • manage and deliver end-to-end digital projects, including project scoping, costing, planning, implementation, change management, quality assurance
  • manage innovative UX design process for the Club's digital channels and services in terms of advanced UI, service design and prototype development
  • collaborate closely with business users and management to gather requirements and translate into detail user requirements, desirable user experience and feasible solution for digital channels
  • manage and liaise with IT and external vendor on specifications, development, testing and related deliverables
  • assist in designing the best digital customer wagering experience across the Club's range of digital channels, including website, mobile app, ecommerce and social media platforms
  • assess and analyse usage behaviour and customer experience and translate findings into UX design improvements and actionable design
  • sketch wireframe and otherwise prototype for the user experience and flow, turn ideas into mockups for development team
  • stay abreast of current trends and best practices in marketing analysis and technological advancement; consistently brings in new ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • You should have

  • a degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • at least 1 year hands-on experience in IOS / AOS mobile development
  • at least 5 years solid experience in digital project management
  • strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • knowledge in prototyping tools and software such as Axure, Adobe Experience Design CC, InVision is a plus
  • expertise in web / mobile UX design and user interface design is a plus
  • strong business acumen, with good presentation and analytical skills
  • excellent communication (English and Chinese) and inter-personal skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Digital Experience Development Officer

    Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.

    Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
