The Job

  • Manage desktop support project, such as, hardware refresh and major office relocation
  • Manage operating systems, security applications, hardware and software for corporate computers & mobile devices
  • Plan and execute major application deployment
  • Deploy security patches to 1500 end points to meet with IT Security standard
  • Plan and support major company events with VC systems, such as, Teams and Zoom
  • Develop regular deployment reports or dashboards
  • Create support tools for desktop support engineers to for daily support
  • Create and maintain SCCM application packages
  • Execute hardware and software strategic plans, policies and procedures, technical standards to meet with IT Security Baseline for 1500 endpoints environment
  • Review and evaluate user technology and application needs and requirements and implement solutions to improve user satisfaction
  • Lead a desktop engineering function, provide leadership and guideline to the team member
  • The Person

  • Bachelor degree holder with at least 8 years working in desktop support and 3 years as 2nd / 3rd level support
  • Strong knowledge on leading desktop projects, such as, Windows upgrade, system migration
  • Strong Knowledge on planning and supporting large company video conference events, and familiar with VC systems, such as, Teams Live Event and Zoom Webinar
  • Outstanding technical skills including experience in deploying PC's, laptops, mobile devices and good knowledge of desktop hardware, Microsoft Office products, and system management tools
  • Strong knowledge on SCCM application packaging skill is a must
  • Knowledge on creating desktop core build, and understanding of MS Sysprep, sccm os deployment, PXE boot etc. is a must
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Network Essentials, SCCM and O365, and Cloud Technology
  • Strong knowledge to use administrative and scripting tools such as PowerShell and VBScript etc.
  • Experiences on deploy OS to client machine by MDT
  • Able to be a good leader with consistent track record of surprising teams in high stress environment
  • Flexible, proactive and positive and bring a "can-do" attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends and after hours when needed
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
