  • Candidate should be well aware of the AR Reconciliation and invoicing process Manage AR collection ; AR weekly / monthly statement process
  • Experience in Travel bookings & Refunds
  • Customer master maintenance; card settlement process
  • Primary support on all AP & disbursement process
  • Supplier management; daily card feed process; manage train tickets process; bank reconciliation & receipt settlement process
  • Intercompany will be an added advantage Monitor & provide support for month end closing & review payment / operating transactions;
  • handle all types of financial reporting's for HK market; key HRG finance staff to assist controller on all ad-hoc request / projects / audit

  • Experience of more than 2 years expected and the candidate needs to be well versed with English both oral and written.
