What you will be doing in this role

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive project schedule and detailed work plan to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members.
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project strategy, risks, adjustments, and progress.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Advise stakeholders if any risks arise that are likely to affect project delivery or objectives and to be part of the risk mitigation process.
  • Provide information for programme or project documentation.
  • Continually adopt industry best practices and develop leadership skills.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Who you are

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
