What you will be doing in this role
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Develop a comprehensive project schedule and detailed work plan to be shared with stakeholders as well as other staff members.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project strategy, risks, adjustments, and progress.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Advise stakeholders if any risks arise that are likely to affect project delivery or objectives and to be part of the risk mitigation process.
Provide information for programme or project documentation.
Continually adopt industry best practices and develop leadership skills.
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Who you are
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced managing internal and external stakeholders
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experience with project management software tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
