Major Duties :
To provide high quality support in one or more of the following core business areas of the International Development Office (IDO) :
ii) Non-local industrial attachment programmes; and
d) To undertake committee work in various boards, committees and meetings; and
e) To supervise staff and handle office administrative matters.
High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua would be an added advantage; and
Outgoing personality and self-initiative, willingness to meet challenges, ability to work independently under pressure and be a good team player.
Applicants’ results of language proficiency examinations (e.g. HKCEE, HKAL, IELTS, CRE, etc.) should be highlighted in their C.V.
2) Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test in both English and Chinese.
3) Appointee are required to travel to Mainland and / or overseas countries at short notices with short periods of stay.
4) Appointee are required to work at different locations and / or outside normal office hours.
