The Position

We are currently seeking an Associate Manager, Media Solutions & Sales responsible for driving digital advertising revenue for a variety of airlines, hotel, car and advertising agencies in Asia-

Pacific. This person will be working closely with the Commercial team and be an integral part of the growing team for KAYAK APAC.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain business relationships with partners across flight, hotel, package, and rental car as well related non travel providers

Maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation and form new partnerships to benefit KAYAK’s product and users.

Analyze and monitor the performance of content on KAYAK and of partnerships with third parties.

Develop strong relationships with the KAYAK commercial teams.

Measure product performance using business and user metrics, establish relevant reports.

Monitor the competitive landscape of travel search sites, identify KAYAK weaknesses, formulate / execute a plan to close the gap.

Collaborate closely with the account management to build and maintain relationships with clients that include strategic consultation and support

Education, Experience and Skills :

3-5 years of experience in selling digital advertising or comparable experience

Able to work independently and conduct direct and clear messages to internal and external stakeholders

Proven track record of meeting / exceeding targets

Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills

Self motivated & thorough

Experienced at building effective relationships (both externally & internally)

Excellent written and oral communication

Target driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver on targets results

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively

Solid understanding of the online media industry (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Google Analytics, etc)

Experience working with global teams in multiple locations

Good sense of humor and likes working in an unstructured, fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel

BA / BS degree with a strong academic record
