Our Dual Site Stables Operations and Owners Services Department manages vast areas where horses train and race. It is an interesting, busy and natural environment where you will find some of Hong Kong's most colorful people, like racing professionals, world class sportsman, agronomist and engineers.
We are looking for a proactive and highly-motivated individual to join our team.
You will :
Act as a problem shooting center to other teams in the department by identifying the root cause and coordinate with IT team in providing feasible solution and advice to rectify system issues in SMIS, RIS, RTA, HMIS, ORMS, etc.
Work closely with other teams to facilitate the preparation of business process flows, SOP, working instructions and captures pain points / improvement areas for improving Dual Site operations
Assist in capturing business requirements and liaises with internal stakeholders on prioritization and translates these requirements to IT for system designs and development
Analyse and consolidates business requirements from different stakeholders and work with users on operation design / enhancement, functional specification and carry out related training before system launches
Work closely with IT and other departments during solutions development, testing, implementation and product launch phases
Compile User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documents and perform UAT as per the business process and operating procedures
Work as the focal contact point between various teams and IT departments to attend user requests
Support Trainers and Jockeys in using Club provided iPhone and related application software
Make use of end-user queries and reporting tools and MS Office to prepare ad hoc and routine management statistic reports as directed by supervisor.
You should have :
Tertiary or above education information systems or a related subject
minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
knowledge of software development lifecycle, in particular, application software testing
good problem solving, analytical and communication skills
able to work and communicate with diverse stakeholders
some racing knowledge and passion with horses will be considered an added advantage
proficiency in using MS Access and other MS Office tools
proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.

The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
