In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations by providing up-to-date systems knowledge and ensuring the required software functionalities are optimally set up.
Your Responsibilities
To provide day to day systems support for all users.
To support the transfer and improvement of related tasks.
To deliver user trainings in system enhancements, forwarding, optimization and other dedicated trainings.
To ensure data quality by conducting regular review and analysis.
To guide external Electronic Data Interfaces (EDIs) via gathering of requirements and communicating specifications with IT team.
To improve the quality of operational processes & systems.
To test and implement new releases in cooperation with key stakeholders.
To complete the analysis and optimization of operational processes for both customers & suppliers.
Your Skills and Experiences
To be considered, you should have strong analytical skills and some knowledge of business systems, along with good communication skill.
