This role will be required to produce sales materials and present to sales force with extensive knowledge on Investment-Linked products (ILP) / fund market, as well as to support communications on company’s competitiveness to sales channels.
Conduct and arrange briefing sessions / seminars / workshops to frontline for promoting our products, competitiveness and marketing topics, and ensure frontline understand investment / fund market trend
Develop sales materials for products, especially Investment-Linked products (ILP) by partnering with agents to collect ideas and feedback
Work closely with fund houses, distribution channels and internal stakeholders and articulate on investment to support the business of ILAS
Coordinate and drive solution on sales forces’ feedback and comments on products / ILAS business
Support the team to develop incentive / challenge to sales force in order to boost up business, and support team administrative work and related report
University graduate in any discipline, Business and Finance is highly preferred
At least 8 years’ relevant work experience gained in the financial institution
Good understanding for ILAS business in the market
Experience on ILAS fund initiative is preferred
In-depth knowledge of ILAS products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Sales experience is a good asset
Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
Familiar with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
