Job purpose :
The role of Associate Director, IT Governance is to improve the financial management within the IT organization through :
Managing IT budget with key IT stakeholders.
Monitoring IT spends.
Evaluating the financial management maturity of the IT organization.
Increasing the IT financial maturity through implementation and adoptions of IT financial processes and procedures.
Provide training and support on IT financial processes and KPI to the IT Team.
Coordinating with Finance departments across Asia.
This role will work with all affiliates in Asia.
Main roles and responsibilities :
IT Financial Management : Coordinate the budget / latest estimate data gathering and analysis.Coordinate the publication of the monthly financial reportingMange the recharge of IT costs to relevant PR affiliates.
Financial Strategy : Evaluating the financial management maturity of the IT organization.Increasing the IT Financial maturity through implementation and adoptions of IT financial processes and procedures
IT Audit : Coordinate Financial Audit process on behalf of IT.Manage the reporting on any open audit points
Process Management : Gather feedbacks, research best practices and lead changes of the financial processes and SOP enhancement.
Organize training and refresher courses of the IT Team.
Capability Management : Interact with HR on people development and skills.Support the process of defining the priorities for the IT Finance Governance Team
Participate in animating the IT PR life and the Governance experts

Profile required :
Education required : Master’s degree preferred (engineering, finance, computer science or related fields)
Experience / Background : 7-10 years of experience in IT governance with a large international groupRigorous financial analysis and controlling expertiseAbility to think conceptually and strategicallyHigh degree of autonomyAbility to interact with other IT departmentsExcellent verbal, written, planning and organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of IT objectives and strategiesExcellent time management, decision making, organization and interpersonal skillsCreativity and a wide degree of latitude are expectedCustomer orientedLanguage required : Fluent in English and proficiency in any Asian language is advantage
