Main Responsibilities : *+ Achieve business objectives of sales responsibility for key accounts management in Modern Trade+ Take charge in formulating & implementing business plans for assigned key accounts, for the purposes of achieve sales target and increase market share+ Enhance our brand presence in store level+ Establish close working relationship with the assigned key accounts in order to gain high levels of trade support+ Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing team for sales and promotional activities+ Identify business opportunities and develop plan to capture the sales opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required : *+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or related disciplines+ Minimum 5 years key account management experience in FMCG industry (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager)+ Strong capability in sales analysis and business perspective+ Demonstrated ability of working in a complex changing environment to deliver value-added results to the organization+ Good in inter-personal and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate ideas and coach others to accomplish challenging goals and objectives+ Aggressive and able to work under pressure+ Fluent written and spoken Chinese and EnglishAn Equal Opportunity EmployerAbbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
