Responsibilities :

  • Derive the research strategy and plan based on the company development direction
  • Conduct market trends, market shares and competitor analysis on specific products and segments
  • Identify market potentials through performance analysis
  • Consolidate the research findings to reports, white paper, presentation and eDM format depending on the needs of the business
  • Review the current digital marketing strategies including website, social media & eDM
  • Work together with sales, marketing & operations team to ensure research plan is executed in an effective manner
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant research experience, ideally from eCommerce, financial services or technology sectors, candidates from research agency background are welcomed
  • Able to conduct end to end research projects independently
  • Good understanding in ePayment, retail and eCommerce industry
  • Outstanding presentation & communication skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines
