We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as IFRS17 Training And Communications Lead .
Develop the IFRS 17 stakeholder map and determine the appropriate engagement strategies
Develop the Global Communication, Training and Board Engagement Strategy and Approach
Develop the detailed Global Communication, Training and Board Engagement plan and schedules
Liaise with the Country Project Managers to provide input and guidance on the Country Communication, Training and Board Engagement strategies and plan
Draft all Global communications and manage all IFRS 17 communication platforms, including the IFRS 17 newsletter and IFRS 17 portal, and manage sign offs.
Provide key messages and guidance for consistent use at a country level. Ensure that the key messages are appropriately tailored to the different roles or teams based on their impacts
Work with the Workstream lead to develop the Global Training Needs assessment by role and work with the countries to appropriately tailor this to their needs
Design and oversee the development training programs, outsourced or in house for IFRS 17 working with the relevant Subject Matter Experts from within the programme
Choose appropriate communication and training methods per case, virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes, etc
Develop the Global Board Update Training and Communications, in conjunction with the program Subject Matter Experts, and coordinate the approval of these updates with key stakeholders.
Support the development of local Board updates, aligned to the global pack and tailored to their communication needs to ensure senior stakeholders understand the Standard, its implications and their role at the appropriate time in the program
Develop metrics to track progress and make recommendations on management of risks and issues.
Work in alignment with the Business Transformation Framework
Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Some financial services industry experience
Solid years of experiences in a relevant area such as organisation design and development, change management, training or communication roles, or in a Finance role
Relevant professional qualification desirable e.g. Prince 2, MSP, Prosci, APMG change management practitioner
Some experience of assessing the potential impacts of change and planning or delivering actions which can be taken to embed change effectively for benefits realisation
Ability to work with little supervision, proactive, with drive and energy
Team player able to manage conflict and conflicting priorities
Attention to detail and desire and ability to solve problems and see a task through to the end
Good interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Flexible and adaptable approach
Desire and commitment to make a difference
Dynamic and willing to challenge the status quo
Ability to understand the detail but also appreciate the big picture
Delivery focused, and able to prioritise own work and meet and manage deadlines
