Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities :

  • Perform receptionist duties such as handling incoming calls, manage front desk area and greeting visitors in a professional matter
  • Perform daily administration services but not limited to general administration, facilities management & etc.
  • Prepare & maintain weekly, monthly or yearly data report for management review
  • Support company events and staff activity arrangement
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as or Diploma in Business or equivalent
  • Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills; and
  • Strong sense of responsibility, flexible, proactive and a good team player.
  • Excellent work attitude and helpful attitude are essential;
  • Fluent Cantonese, fair oral English and Mandarin
