Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions. Responsibilities :

  • Activelyengage and support PB Leadership team in driving data-driven businessperformance management across the North Asia region
  • Spearhead the regional alignment of the performance management framework to achieve consistency in KPI measurements and reporting metrics across countries
  • Understandbusiness drivers / priorities and identify opportunities where data insightscan create value in client prospecting & relationship management
  • Translatebusiness problems / opportunities into tangible analytics requirements andrecommend potential solutions to drive positive outcomes
  • Work with variousbusiness partners including Central Data, Finance and Business Analytics teamsto evaluate new techniques and platform enhancements to address businesschallenges and improve overall business performance / productivity
  • Institutionaliseand improve discipline around prospecting, pipeline & client management
  • Drive cross-selling efforts and ensure right client target segmentation across the Wealth Continuum
  • Introduce innovative ideas for project implementation leveraging channels, platform, CIO office and Big Data analytics
  • Able to think strategically and lead / facilitate discussions with internal and external partners to jointly create joyful customer journeys
  • Manage end to endsolution delivery and stakeholders
  • Requirements :

  • Over 8to 10 years in banking, financial services / management consulting or relatedindustries, preferably in performance management & business development roles
  • Experience with the range of business development activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product or service requirements.
  • engaging functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management

  • Ability to think out of the box and value-add by bringing new ideas and solutions for the business
  • Demonstratedsuccess in strategic business development with track record of deliveringimpactful business programs
  • Experiencein engaging internal stakeholders / partners; working across regions andfunctions to drive collaboration, program success and KPIs
  • Results-oriented and independent to resolve issues and overcome challenges with minimal supervision
  • Self-starterwith high energy level and positive attitude
  • Strongleadership skills, with confidence to lead and execute projects / initiatives
  • Excellentinterpersonal / communication skills, with ability to articulate and present
  • Provenanalytical aptitude with excellent logical and numerical mind, and attention todetails
  • Comfortablewith technology including ability to translate business and customer needs toIT requirements
  • Ableto work under pressure with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Conversant with working on BIG data. Capable todraw insights and develop strategies
