You will provide a full spectrum of People and Resourcing service to line business through strong partnering with departmental leaders.
Accountabilities and activities
Be the strategic advisor to designated business units in Hong Kong and provide HR strategic planning on talent acquisition, manpower planning, organization structure and people development
Work closely with HR counterparts and business stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations on daily basis
Stay abreast of the labour market and competitors, be resourceful in finance sector, give advice and valuable inputs on effective recruitment strategy
Manage employee relations, staff engagement initiatives, workflow streamlining, policies and procedure development and review
Ensure all activities are in full compliance with the Company policies, local legislations, and regulatory requirements
Participate in any HR projects as required
To be successful in the position, you should have
Degree in Human Resources Manager, Business Studies or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in sizable organization, hands-on resourcing and business partnering experiences are essential
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
Excellent communication skills, detail-minded, positive and proactive
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience gained from financial sector, regulated environment, or insurance industry would be an advantage
