Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the running of operations for eCommerce business
  • Process incoming orders and assist on customer enquirers
  • Keep healthy inventory levels and turnover rate
  • Work closely with merchandising team and logistic team
  • Data maintenance and general reporting
  • To perform clerical support for the department and sales order administration
  • Assist ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • University Degree holder
  • At least 1 year relevant experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Proficient PC knowledge
  • Independent, hardworking and willing to work under pressure
