Job Mission :
The Senior Learning Manager - Core Skills -, as part of the Regional Corporate Learning & Capability team, will contribute to develop Core Capabilities through the development and deployment of learning solutions in markets of Asia Pacific.
S / he embraces and advocates the mission of self-directed and continuous learning culture.
S / he leads and manages multiple learning projects regarding core capabilities / soft skills with blended learning approaches (self-paced, online, virtual, offline face-to-face approaches, community of practice etc.).
S / he identifies learning needs, builds learning contents, designs learning experiences, promotes learning communities of practice.
S / he leads conversation and collaborates with multiple stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (internal and external) to design relevant learning programs.
S / he assists and supports the e-learning rollout of compliance.
S / he prepares and supports markets to deploy relevant learning programs.
S / he reviews and evaluates learning effectiveness, using quantitative data and qualitative feedback collection, and initiates actions to be taken.
S / he will be open-minded to discuss, contributes ideas to and challenges our learning practices.

In this role, core capabilities refer to data and digital literacy, design thinking, agile, change management or other transversal skills, excluding management and leadership .
Understands business needs and leadership direction to identify needs for developing learning solutions to corporate populations.
Co-develops blended learning solutions with internal and external stakeholders.
Places user-centricity at the heart of the ways of working.
Defines with local markets roll out plans to deliver the solutions across Asia.
Accompanies and supports local teams in the deployment of the solutions (TTT, toolkit )
Develops and deploys specific learning solutions to Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, IT)
Partners with key stakeholders in corporate functions to understand the learning needs.
Recommends the usage of internal an / or external resources to deliver plans.
Drives the implementation of the learning programs and sets up measurement.
Deploys compliance e-learning programs to all office and retail population in Asia and tracks progress.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor degree holder
More than 10 years of work experience in managing projects , creating learning solutions that addressing business and people needs
Experience in Learning, People Development, Project Management and Stakeholders Management.
Strong learning experience design and digital learning experience design.
Good understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning design.
Well versed with external trends in training / learning / digital and experienced / comfortable in employing innovative methods on learning to achieve business objectives
Strong project management skills and problem-solving skills.
Able to organize different pieces of information systematically and connect the dots to come up with structure framework / project plan to paint a bigger picture to drive things forward
Change management is a plus.
Detail oriented .
People oriented . Strong interpersonal & influencing leadership skills
Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams at all levels of the organization : skilled to give and receive feedback with good understanding of the subtleties and specificities across markets.
