Our client is a global high end luxury brand with regional HQs in Hong Kong.
Provide all round support on IT operation and projects for the region, including but not limited to network management, helpdesk service, security and integrity, access control, system integration, data connectivity, etc.
Act as a project key member to plan, execute and drive for implementation of various regional IT upgrade and setup projects
Manage juniors to provide effective and efficient helpdesk and on-site support for stores and relevant issues, such as troubleshooting and solution
Ensure all telecommunication equipment, networks and systems are well performing at all times, including POS systems, voice facilities, hardware, smartphones, etc.
Assist in reviewing IT policies, guidelines and procedures for operational excellent as well as provide user training when necessary
Participate and provide hands on support on developing, reviewing and executing contingency plan and risk management, e.
g. disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures
Requirement : :
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science, Network or related discipline
3 years solid experience in IT network infrastructure support and management, with at least 1 year gained from Retail industry
Strong in project management in experience in large scale / complex network projects
Excellent knowledge in Network Infrastructure, including Firewall, VPN, Lan, VoIP, QoS, Router and Switch, Remote Access, etc.
Hands on experience in POS system and SAP are definitely an advantage
Presentable, analytical with good communicate skill, enjoy working as a team
Good in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
