Finance plays a critical role as advisor to Morgan Stanley’s various businesses and its senior management team.THe Finance Division is currently hiring a Infrastructure Business Partner to be based in Hong Kong.
The responsibilities include : Space & Occupancy - Partner with Corporate Services (CS) clients on strategy planning, projects and problem resolutions- Review Space & Occupancy (S&O) monthly expense, CS project financials, analysis and reporting.
Work with infrastructure clients, primarily department and silo heads, to review, analyze, and recommend financial strategies that assist with the delivery of their targets and insight on the latest projections.
Skills / Knowledge Required- Degree in Accounting / Finance, 5-8 years financial experience - Strong accounting and US GAAP reporting knowledge- Having Space and Occupancy (S&O) management reporting experience is an advantage- Excellent team player- Ability to communicate to and build up relationships with clients and global counterparts- Strong analytical skills- Attention to details, accuracy and quality- Ability to multi tasks and work on multiple projects- Excellent Microsoft Excel skill
