Responsibilities

  • Accountable for all marketing and corporate communication related issue including liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties for the preparation of all marketing communication materials, events, fashion shows or other related marketing activities
  • Work closely with sales team, operations team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies so as to gelp achieve the company sales objecives
  • Formulate and execute creative digital marketing campaign in cost efficient and effective manner to draw traffic and improve customer acqisition
  • Develop content generation for digital media and social media activities (web, mobile, displayy, EDM etc) to build up brand awareness
  • Develop media recommendations and media plans, manage social media accounts and copy-writing
  • Capable of managing vendor in creating digital assets, copy and uploading / publishing content
  • Monitor competitors and market trends for best practices by conducting market research and analysis reports
  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 4 years of hands on digital marketing experience preferably from startup, digital marketing agencies, or any digital environment
  • Solid understanding of using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Weibo for marketing compaigns
  • A strong understanding of website layout and content drafting
  • Must be able to write in both Chinese and English for multilingual sites
  • Knowledge of AI and Photoshop is a must, web or app development experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred
  • Strong communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking and attention to detail are prerequisites
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
