way flow of information between quoted companies and the financial community.

growing competition for investor capital, while maintaining a detailed understanding of the increasingly complex corporate governance environment in which they operate.

As part of our continued growth, Nasdaq Corporate Services is looking for a highly motivated individual, with prior team management experience to join its Advisory team based in Hong Kong.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Advisory Analysts who are the primary point of contact for quoted companies across the Asia-

Pacific region, helping them understand their position in the capital markets, identify and track their investors, plus target and develop new pools of investor capital.

Key aspects of this role will in include :

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team of Advisory analysts across the Asia Pacific region; monitoring activity, providing feedback and reporting performance to key stakeholders.
  • Motivate, develop, recruit and retain employees, while cultivating a culture of high performance.
  • Operate in a player-coach role by handing a book of key client accounts.
  • Work closely with the local sales and account management teams to support new business opportunities and retain existing clients.
  • Ensure all work conducted in the business unit is compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes :

  • Prior team management experience. Coordinating and overseeing the activities of a team of highly skilled individuals. Motivating and developing these individuals to ensure that they are maximizing their contribution towards the success of the business.
  • An aptitude for strategic planning related to internal and external stakeholder requirements.
  • An in-depth knowledge of Investor Relations, equity capital markets and the relationship between the buy-side, the sell-
  • side and corporate issuers.

  • Experience and knowledge of working with large amounts of data, identifying the most relevant issues, spotting trends and anomalies and interpreting meaning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate key data points into written form is essential.
  • Mandarin and or Cantonese is an essential language requirement and Japanese would be highly desirable.
  • A strong attention to detail and excellent time- management skills with a proactive / self-directed nature is a must for this role.
