Currently we are hiring an additional headcount to support our Education team for IPSA. The ideal candidate would work closely with our frontline team and assist the Education Manager in identifying needs, designing and delivering online and offline trainings.
Reports to : Manager Education
Assist Education Manager to elevate brand professionalism and focus on developing comprehensive training program.
Conduct training needs analysis. Identify, design, and deliver both online and classroom training program
Coordinate and conduct onsite coaching and post course follow up to ensure the excellence in store experience
Maintain training record, prepare training report and training material, and update training database
Monitor training progress and gather feedback on the programs
Assist teams to handle customer enquiry and complaint case, in order to enrich the customer experience and drive conversion
Support the team on administrative and coordination work, as well as other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements :
Degree holder in training or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training field, with experience in skincare / beauty industry is a must.
Good knowledge in skincare, customer service and selling technique
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
