Definition and implementation of marketing action plan for Asia Pacific region, included Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines .

  • ensuring local marketing strategy and plan are in line with company’s strategy and priorities, and support sales performance.
  • Reporting directly to Managing Director APAC.

    A&P budget

  • Manage, control and monitor A&P Budget
  • Monitor monthly spending status monthly and further allocation
  • Supervise invoicing and expense management (Vendor Creation, monthly PO Issues, Invoice Handling and Payment Status Checking)
  • Local Media & Advertising

  • Co-define and implement an efficient and integrated offline / online media plan in line with media brief
  • Ensure consistency of media exposure across the year and communicate with all media / press closely
  • Track media and social media landscape evolution and changes
  • Proactively propose local social media content
  • Coordinate advertising material production and operation
  • Wholesale marketing operations and partnerships

  • Manage marketing-related operations to ensure qualitative display and maximize brand desirability
  • Liaise with wholesales partners to implement marketing actions
  • Investigate opportunities to arrange POS events with potential clients
  • Visual merchandising & window animation

  • Ensure proper implementation of VM guidelines
  • Prepare implementation of window animations within wholesale network
  • Manage renewal of POS images
  • Manage dispatch and replacement of POS materials within distribution network
  • Proactive approach on local animations and actions to support sales
  • Key Skills

  • General Business and Marketing Degree (Bachelor or Master)
  • At least 6 years of consumer marketing experience, Luxury / watch industry is a strong plus, Regional experience is a plus
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirt
  • Detail-minded, pro-active and self-motivated team player
  • Able to prioritize tasks and possess a good sense on time management with multi-tasking ability
  • Creative, with sense of judgement, and passionate to grow with the brand
  • Target-driven and well-organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization
  • Fluent in English + Cantonese & Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel and Power Point)
