Job Description :

The Associate, APAC Strategic Alliances will play an integral role in the continued success and development of Translations.

com’s partner program, PartnerLink. In this role, you will support the Vice President in building strategic partnerships to support business development in APAC.

A successful candidate will have the ability to multitask, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, and build relationships with clients and co-workers.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop an understanding of the competitive advantages of Translations.com’s services and technologies
  • Facilitate the alliance engagement process, including weekly and monthly activities
  • In coordination with sales, support new opportunities with your managed partners
  • Take an active role in learning about each partner’s industry, company culture, and goals
  • Track and report all customer and partner interactions within the company’s CRM systems
  • Support activities involved in building partner marketing materials
  • As an Associate, APAC Strategic Alliances, you are a :

  • Innovator You are willing to initiate changes and introduce new ideas
  • You experience includes :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a university
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Chinese native fluency considered a plus
  • Previous experience in a high tech environment with ability to communicate issues related to web technologies
  • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel for client pitches and partner events
