Associate Product Manager

This position is responsible for working with and / or leading cross functional teams with assigned products or product franchises.

This role involves; developing strategy, developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), developing promotional materials, launch of new products, and training of the sales team.

In addition, the person will independently strategize and implement the marketing plan.+ Partner with the regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies+ Grow the assigned products by assuming accountability for product marketing and strategic planning+ Manage the P&L and budget of the responsible products+ Support and guide the sales team on sales objectives and marketing projects+ Lead new product launches to be successful in line with forecast plans+ Work with KOLs to determine market insights to initiate marketing programs+ Formulate intense working relationships with patient groups+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives+ Contribute to the long-range plan for business expansion and development+ Collaborate with salesforce excellence (SFE) to enhance multiple channel engagement & digital opportunities+ Translate market insights as recommended actions to management+ Compliance with integrity and compliance standards is an expected minimum requirement Requirements : + Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Science+ Minimum 3 years of work experience in brand management, ideally from a healthcare, pharmaceutical or consumer marketing background+ Excellent command of written and verbal English Key competencies : + Fresh consumer mindset thinking that shows innovation and ambition+ Keen interest to challenge the status quo in order to transform the business+ Agility and clear communication skills to be a key influencer with a variety of stakeholders+ Hungry for a challenge with an interest to show results and grow the business+ Intrapreneurial, takes initiative and comfortable to take the lead+ Exuding high energy, demonstrating progressive thinking that is market competitive+ Insights driven brand builder.
