Customer Service Officer 客戶服務主任

Responsibilities 職責 :

  • Handle hotline services and answer enquires in professional and efficient manner
  • 以專業且高效率態度為顧客提供熱線服務及解答電話諮詢
  • Handle and follow up complaints as well as provide appropriate analysis, and report to management on time
  • 處理及跟進客戶投訴 作出適當分析並及時向上級匯報
  • Follow-up overdue invoices with clients
  • 經電話跟進客戶逾期賬單之繳款安排
  • Promote company product and service via phone and encourage customers to use in long term
  • 致電客戶推廣及鼓勵長期使用公司產品和服務
  • Support administrative work, for example data entry and report preparation
  • 支援一般文書工作 如資料輸入及準備報表
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as assigned
  • 處理部門主管委派的工作
  • Clerk 文員

    Responsibilities 職責 :

  • Assist in administrative work for processing new applications
  • 協助處理客戶申請之文書工作
  • Verify application information with customers over the phone; explain company terms and conditions
  • 聯絡客人核對資料 講解公司條款
  • Perform data entry, filing and report preparation
  • 負責資料輸入 文件儲存及報告表準備工作
  • Support general office work
  • 支援一般辦公室工作
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required
  • 處理部門主管委派的工作
  • Requirements 入職要求 :

  • F.5 or above
  • 中五程度或以上
  • At least 2 years work experience (For Customer Service Officer, at least 1 year customer service experience is a must)
  • 兩年或以上工作經驗 (客戶服務主任應徵者 必需具有一年或以上客戶服務工作經驗)
  • Fluent in Cantonese, high proficiency in English and Mandarin is definitely an advantage
  • 流利廣東話 具備良好英語及普通話獲優先考慮
  • Proficient in PC Skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing (MUST)
  • 熟悉電腦操作包括MS Word Excel 及中文打字 (倉頡 / 速成)
  • Responsible, self-motivated
  • 有責任感 上進心
  • Work Location : Montery Plaza, Kwun Tong

    工作地點 觀塘萬泰利廣場

    Working hours : Monday to Friday 09 : 00-18 : 00

    工作時間 星期一至五 09 : 00-18 : 00
